Original biriany extensively prepared with chopped fresh hot green chillies, coriander and spices, garnished with sliced onions, served with a vegetable sauce.
KASHMIR BIRIANY
Caramelised banana, nuts, raisins mild spices treated with fragrant rice, garnished desiccated coconut and lychees served with a mild creamy sauce.
MALAYA BIRIANY
Pineapple, mixed nuts, raisins mild spices treated with fragrant rice, garnished lychees and pineapple served with a mild creamy sauce.
NEPALI BIRIANY
Barbucci’s special blend of dry herbs and rare spices cooked with basmati rice garnished with sliced egg served with a spicy rich sauce
MOGHUL BIRIANY
Prepared with the finest selection herbs and spiced cooked with aromatic rice, garnished with fried egg served with a special rich sauce.
BOMBAY BIRIANY
Chickpeas, diced potatoes and herbs tossed in butter with fragrant rice, garnished with lettuce and served with a spicy Bombay potatoes sauce.
LASSAN BIRIANY
